Acrylic Forming : Bending template

The bending template consists of a base plate (base plate) with stop, a movable cheek, a half angle disk and the appropriate fixing. It enables clean bending of heated acrylic glass over a working length of 350 mm.
Work sequence: Position the device stop - Place material on it - Heat - Remove material - Pre-bend by hand - Insert into template - Cool - Remove finished part.
