Our Tempertester serves to uncover hidden tensions in the material. If the material has been processed professionally and stress-free, the Tempertester keeps the material crack-free. The Tempertester evaporates residue-free because it has laboratory quality. If, on the other hand, the material is subjected to stress (e.g. thermal or mechanical), the stresses are released by the addition of the stress-aggressive temperature tester and cracking occurs. In this case, the workpiece is destroyed.

This method enables you to quickly and reliably identify possible sources of error in the workflow. In this way you reduce complaints and the reject rate.

You can also use the Tempertester to check the suitability of new tools or work processes. For this we recommend the test processing of XT material.
